RZB (Rudolf Zimmerman Bamberg) was founded in 1939, originally manufacturing electrical components. RZB commenced manufacture of glass luminaires in 1948. The company based in Bamberg, Germany has grown consistently since it’s foundation. Family owned RZB employs more than 600 people and produces more than 20,000 products.
RZB’s broad portfolio spans indoor and outdoor luminaires in addition to emergency luminaires and light management systems. The company’s in-house product development, production and quality assurance in certified testing laboratories at their Bamberg site has seen RZB recognised with more than 75 international design and innovation awards.
